"We recommend Priority Plumbing to our friends.
We have hired them for two jobs in our hundred year old home. Two years ago Austin Tsakopoulos re-plumbed our kitchen and main floor washroom, installing a new kitchen sink, dishwasher, toilet and sink. We had no hesitation about asking him back to oversee a complete renovation of our second floor bathroom. Priority took all the old plaster walls down to bare brick, replacing them with well-insulated drywall.
Austin again advised us on fixtures, and then redid the pipes to accommodate a soaker tub and separate slate and glass shower. He worked with electricians and tilers to install a heated slate floor. He created a second floor laundry room for us out of an old closet, with tiled floor, liner and drain – and recommended appliances that would fit into the confined space. He recommended retrofitted air-conditioning/heat pump units for our second and third floors.
Priority is amazing about confining mess to the immediate work area, and Austin clearly explains, step by step, what’s happening and why, where you might want to spend more, and where you can economize. He deals with the inevitable emergencies – like a suddenly leaking roof – with calmness and speed. Priority is skilled, efficient, honest, and reliable – it is a pleasure to recommend the firm."
